You can't be plundered if a building is motivated.Take the time to replace older stuff in your city with more efficient current stuff. Your needs for coins, supplies, and goods will go up as your city advances through the ages, and you'll have a harder time keeping up with those needs if your city has a lot of outdated buildings. I offered some advise in this post earlier in the thread: Third bottom of hood means you're doing something very suboptimal, like rushing through tech without having enough resources to support the city properly. That's higher than I'm seeing at the upper end of PE hoods which range from around 2-8 million, and CE is a popular comping spot for aggressive players. I don't know what age this is, but I'll take a stab in the dark and guess somewhere around PME or CE with those numbers for the upper end of the hood. So you can try to time shift some to throw them off.And that's where the problem is. And if they have already nabbed you once, they will come back at the same time next visit - we are creatures of habit.

They will be looking so it's not a good idea to have interactions with the neighborhood right before or right after making your city collection. But they seem to have fun with it, so whatever makes them happy lol. I am occasionally one of the rascals we are talking about, but I always thought this was way too much like working (and I'm a lazy guy). Some of the more fanatical ones use spreadsheets and kitchen timers and are terribly sleep deprived. Now the wiley ones will be checking often to try to determine your collection times. If you are on top of your productions, set them to finish when you know you can be on, and collect as soon as they are done, the scoundrels get nothing. But seriously, they only get to plunder one building and they have to do it within a 24 hour countdown. Click to expand.Thankfully the rascals are limited to what you have left out, sort of like Santa Claus and the cookies - except here they steal your stocking and whatever's in it.
